The show follows an identical format to My 600-Lb Life<\/em>, but instead of patients seeking help from Dr. Now in Houston, Texas, they consult with Dr. Procter in Atlanta, Ga.<\/p>\n The combination of Dr. Now switching networks and TLC releasing a “replacement” show points to the possible end of My 600-Lb Life<\/em>.
