Paul Walter Hauser<\/a> will soon play Chris Farley<\/a> in Josh Gad<\/a>\u2019s biopic about the legendary \u201cSaturday Night Live<\/a>\u201d cast member, and \u201cThe Naked Gun<\/a>\u201d star has called out who he wants to play Lorne Michaels<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While speaking with Variety on Wednesday night at the Los Angeles premiere of \u201cSpringsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere<\/a>,\u201d Hauser<\/a> said he wants Sam Rockwell<\/a> to play the \u201cSNL<\/a>\u201d mastermind.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have some ideas for who to cast for Lorne<\/a>,\u201d Hauser said. \u201cI really want Sam Rockwell to play Lorne Michaels, which I don\u2019t think I\u2019ve told anyone yet.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hauser then addressed his pitch directly to Rockwell<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cSam Rockwell, please play Lorne Michaels in my Chris Farley movie,\u201d he added. \u201cYou love being around me when I do my Farley impression anyway, so I\u2019ll do Matt Foley<\/a> all day for you and make you laugh. It\u2019ll be fun.\u201d<\/p>\n
