Lori Loughlin<\/strong><\/a> and Mossimo Giannulli<\/strong><\/a> have reportedly found a buyer for their Los Angeles home.<\/span><\/p>\n

The estranged spouses listed the 11,800-square-foot mansion for $16.5 million back in February. The property, located in L.A.\u2019s Hidden Hills area and now valued at nearly $15 million, is under contract from a buyer, People <\/i><\/span><\/a><\/span>reported on Wednesday, October 22,\u00a0citing a\u00a0Zillow listing.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The house has a modern farmhouse aesthetic, with a black-and-white exterior and open, airy interiors. There are six bedrooms, a gym, a wine cellar and a home theater as well as a swimming pool and bocce ball court.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As Us Weekly<\/i> previously reported, Loughlin, 61, and Giannulli, 62, dropped the asking price of the mansion<\/span><\/a> from $16.5 million to $14.9 million on July 7. The former couple purchased the estate in August 2020 for $9.5 million.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Loughlin and Giannulli announced they were separating<\/span><\/a> after 27 years of marriage.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThey are living apart and taking a break from their marriage. There are no legal proceedings at this time,\u201d Loughlin\u2019s rep Elizabeth Much<\/strong> told People<\/i><\/span><\/a> at the time.<\/span><\/p>\n

They are parting ways six years after presenting a united front during the 2019 controversy involving daughters Olivia Jade Giannulli<\/strong> and Bella Giannulli<\/strong>. Loughlin and Giannulli were accused of paying $500,000 for their kids to gain acceptance to the University of Southern California. They pleaded guilty to wire and mail fraud charges.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Full House <\/i>alum was sentenced to two months in prison<\/span><\/a>, while Giannulli received a five-month sentence. Loughlin was released from prison in late 2020<\/span><\/a> and Giannulli followed in April 2021.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Last year, Loughlin sat down for her first major interview since her prison release.
