In addition to announcing a brand new North American stadium tour<\/a>, Foo Fighters<\/a> have revealed a new song called \u201cAsking for a Friend.\u201d<\/p>\n The new track follows earlier 2025 cut \u201cToday\u2019s Song<\/a>,\u201d and takes a decidedly heavier approach; recalling both the urgency of their first two albums and the explosive rock found in Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace<\/em>, \u201cAsking for a Friend\u201d finds Dave Grohl and co. fighting against disillusionment and loss of hope over heavy guitars and a waltzing groove. \u201cWhat is real? I\u2019m asking for a friend,\u201d Grohl howls before the band kicks it into high gear and races to the climax with a double-time solo section.
