But when the bulge presses on nearby structures \u2014 like nerves to the eye \u2014 people might notice warning signs, according to <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hopkinsmedicine.org\/health\/conditions-and-diseases\/cerebral-aneurysm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Johns Hopkins Medicine<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>These may include pain above or behind one eye, a blown-out pupil, vision changes, numbness on one side of the face and seizures.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignright\">\n\t<\/aside>\n<p>For most, the first sign of a brain aneurysm is when it bursts. But if the bulge grows and the blood vessel wall gets too thin, it can burst, causing bleeding in the brain, otherwise known as a hemorrhagic stroke, according to the <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/diseases-conditions\/brain-aneurysm\/diagnosis-treatment\/drc-20361595\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mayo Clinic<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A ruptured aneurysm is considered a medical emergency that can quickly turn deadly.
