\u201c9-1-1: Nashville<\/a>\u201d actor Isabelle Tate died Sunday at the age of 23, according to the McCray Agency talent company that represented her. Tate played Julie on the Ryan Murphy<\/a> spinoff series \u2014 and had just appeared in the ABC show\u2019s pilot episode that aired on Oct. 9, 2025.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n It was her first professional acting role; a cause of death for Tate has yet to be disclosed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cWe are deeply saddened and completely heartbroken to share that Isabelle Tate passed away on October 19th,\u201d her agent Kim McCray wrote Tuesday on social media<\/a>. \u201cShe was 23. I\u2019ve known Izzy since she was a teenager and she recently returned to acting.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cShe booked the first series she auditioned for, 9-1-1 Nashville,\u201d McCray continued.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n McCray said Tate \u201chad a wonderful time\u201d filming the episode, which remains the only entry on her official IMDb page<\/a>. Tributes for the actor, who went by \u201cIzzy Tate,\u201d have started pouring in to her obituary page<\/a> on the Austin Funeral & Cremation Services website.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The obituary itself notes Tate was born and raised in Nashville<\/a> and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University<\/a> with a bachelor\u2019s degree in business. She \u201cwanted to change the world\u201d and \u201cloved volunteering her time to all things, particularly animals,\u201d it said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n It continued, \u201cIsabelle was full of fire, a fighter, never once making excuses for the fact that she might have a disability relative to others.
