Producer Amanda Burrell<\/a> and her Ginger<\/a> production company are under a two-year overall deal at HBO. Under the pact, which was not publicized when it started in January, she has multiple projects in development at the premium network.<\/p>\n

Burrell founded Ginger after leaving Robert Downey Jr.<\/a> and Susan Downey<\/a>\u2019s production company Team Downey<\/a>, where she led the television division and most recently served as president.<\/p>\n

During her tenure, Burrell built a relationship with HBO as an executive producer of the Team Downey series Perry Mason<\/a> and Park Chan-wook<\/a>\u2019s The Sympathizer<\/a> (with A24<\/a>). She also executive produced three seasons of Team Downey\u2019s Children\u2019s and Family Emmy-winning Netflix<\/a> series Sweet Tooth<\/a>. There is no immediate replacement for her.<\/p>\n
