Kate Gosselin<\/strong> will apparently not be having Thanksgiving dinner with any of her eight children.<\/p>\n The former TLC star, 50, posted a TikTok video<\/a> on Wednesday, October 22, explaining why her kids \u2014 whom she shares with ex-husband Jon Gosselin <\/strong>\u2014 wouldn\u2019t be coming home to celebrate the holiday.<\/p>\n \u201cSome of the kids have plans, we\u2019re far away from home, don\u2019t forget,\u201d the reality TV personality quipped in her video. \u201cSo we invited some of the kids, and they don\u2019t have enough time off for Thanksgiving to come here and then get back to college.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s just gonna be me and him, I guess,\u201d Kate added, seemingly referring to her boyfriend,<\/a> Steve Neild<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Kate said she asked her beau what he wanted to do for the day, thinking he would like to get \u201ctakeout from a restaurant\u201d or \u201cget an already-made meal\u201d \u2014 but that was not the case.<\/p>\n \u201cInstead, he said, \u2018Oh, I don\u2019t know, I was thinking we could go dancing,’\u201d Kate, who is recovering from leg surgery, recounted. \u201cSo rude, he\u2019s over there smiling, he\u2019s proud of himself. That\u2019s the sense of humor he has, and I don\u2019t appreciate it.\u201d<\/p>\n As Star <\/em>previously reported<\/a>, Kate was hospitalized last month<\/a> and explained why in a TikTok live from the hospital.<\/p>\n \u201cMeika,<\/strong> my puppy, ran into me full-speed ahead,\u201d she shared, \u201cand I ended up with a tibial plateau fracture and surgery with plates and pins in my leg.\u201d<\/p>\n Kate is a mom to twins Madelyn<\/strong> and Cara<\/strong>, both 25, and sextuplets Aaden, Collin, Joel, Hannah, Alexis,<\/strong> and Leah,<\/strong> all now 21.
