Prince Andrew urged his staff and friends to \u201carrange girls\u201d for him, leading to him having sex with women \u201che didn\u2019t realise were prostitutes\u201d, it\u2019s been alleged.<\/p>\n
In his explosive new biography, Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York<\/i>, author Andrew Lownie claims that the disgraced royal begged his inner circle \u2013 including his taxpayer-funded personal protection officers \u2013 to find women he could date. <\/p>\n
\u201cHe would spy out an attractive ballerina at the Royal Ballet and then send his [PPO] \u2026 to invite her to meet the prince. Other variations included sending aides to invite girls to his table at [London nightclub] Chinawhite or come to his hotel suite when abroad,\u201d wrote Lownie.<\/p>\n
\u201cAndrew\u2019s staff often requested that attractive women be invited to events, with a private secretary specifying, \u2018He likes blondes\u2019 \u2014 to which one consul replied, \u2018I\u2019m a diplomat, not a pimp.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
MORE: Insider\u2019s expose Prince Andrew\u2019s \u2018wasted\u2019 life<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n According to Lownie, while Andrew was regularly travelling around the world in his role as the UK\u2019s special trade envoy, it was \u201crumoured\u201d that he \u201cbrought women with him\u201d.<\/p>\n He added: \u201cHe liked to stay in hotels rather than the [Royal] Residence as it gave him more independence in whom he saw, whether women or businessmen.<\/p>\n \u201cStories are told of escorts, masquerading as professional women, being provided that he could pick up.\u201d<\/p>\n Andrew was forced to resign his government role in 2011 amid scrutiny about his connection to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein surfaced.<\/p>\n Following former English National Ballet patron Princess Diana\u2019s death, Lownie claims a source described new patron Andrew as being \u201cfoisted\u201d upon them, alleging he \u201cexploited\u201d the position.<\/p>\n \u201cHis main interest was in the dancers rather than ballet itself,\u201d Lownie wrote. \u201cWhen he did attend, he insisted on choosing who would sit with him in the royal box.<\/p>\n The source, described as a ballet official, told Lownie that the names of Andrew\u2019s guests \u201cwere not given to the ENB.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIt was suspected they consisted of mistresses, one a yoga teacher, and various businessmen. The chairman was allowed in at [intermission] for a drink.\u201d<\/p>\n
