Megan Thee Stallion is living a love story with her new partner, Klay Thompson \u2014 and she\u2019s embracing the cupid energy of it all on her new song. On Friday, the rap queen released the single \u201cLover Girl.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cLet\u2019s skip the small talk and make some big moves\/I know you feeling me, you know I\u2019m feeling you,\u201d raps Megan on the track before not-so-subtly predicting: \u201cA very freaky girl, you heard what Gucci said\/First, I give you my number, then you give me some head.\u201d<\/p>\n

Earlier on Thursday, she also shared photos<\/a> with her basketball star boyfriend alongside the caption, \u201cLOVER GIRL,\u201d and has been capturing their sweet relationship on social media over the last few weeks. The Grammy winner also teased the music for several days, and wrote<\/a> in one post: \u201cAll hotties better be in attendance.\u201d<\/p>\n The new single arrives just a week before her annual HottieWeen event, which is set to be hosted in Humble, Texas, with proceeds supporting her Pete and Thomas Foundation. (The organization seeks to catalyze resources for women, children, senior citizens, and underserved communities.)<\/p>\n \u201cLover Girl\u201d is Megan\u2019s second release this year after dropping \u201cWhenever<\/a>\u201d back in April. Last October, she surprised fans with a second act to her Megan<\/a><\/em> album, which included collaborations with Fo Milli, Twice, and RM of BTS.<\/p>\n Back in March, the Houston native\u00a0teased plans\u00a0<\/a>for an\u00a0Act III\u00a0<\/em>project. \u201cI\u2019m really just trying to figure out who do I want to do features with at this point in life,\u201d she said at the time. \u201cI only want to do features with people that \u2026 one, I haven\u2019t done a feature with yet, and two, that I listen to on my own time \u2014 people that I actually, you know, fuck with.\u201d<\/p>\n She also noted that Doechii is on her \u201calbum wish list,\u201d adding: \u201cI feel like Doechii would be the type of person that you would have to be in the studio to make a song with.
