Sabrina Carpenter targeted Gigi Hadid during her Short n\u2019 Sweet tour<\/a> stop in Pittsburgh last night, pretending to arrest the model for being a \u201cgorgeous girl.\u201d<\/p>\n During the recurring segment from Carpenter\u2019s tour, she asked Hadid, \u201cGigi, wow, where are you from?\u201d Hadid answered that she is from Bucks County. \u201cWow, maybe we are soulmates!\u201d Carpenter replied. \u201cGigi, I\u2019m getting so hot and flustered.
