Prince Andrew<\/a> is reportedly in talks with the King\u2019s representatives to leave his home at the Royal Lodge.<\/p>\n

Buckingham Palace is said to be \u2018cranking up the pressure\u2019 on trying to get the prince to leave the Grade II listed mansion in Windsor, which he can\u2019t be kicked out of over \u2018cast iron\u2019 lease.<\/p>\n

The Telegraph <\/a>has reported that while the Prince is \u2018resistant\u2019 to leave the home, discussions are ongoing to have him moved out after people were left furious to find out he hasn\u2019t actually paid any rent there for 22 years.<\/a><\/p>\n

It comes after a week of intense pressure on the Crown, after he gave up his remaining titles<\/a> following the publication of Virginia Giuffre\u2019s memoirs.<\/a><\/p>\n

Rumours began swirling last night of a \u2018big announcement\u2019 after members of the media rushed to Windsor.<\/p>\n

Veteran journalist Emily Maitlis posted on X: \u2018We may be expecting news from the Windsor estate later this evening, where TV crews have been told to expect passing traffic.\u2019<\/p>\n

She later added: \u2018Crews have now been pulled and stood down. Very confusing.\u2019<\/p>\n

Yesterday, Prince Andrew saw his coat of arms torn down from Windsor Castle <\/a>amid fresh allegations about his relationships with billionaire paedophile\u00a0Jeffrey Epstein<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0sex abuse victim Giuffre<\/a>.<\/p>\n

His coat of arms\u00a0features the\u00a0three lions of\u00a0England<\/a> and an anchor for his naval career, but it can no longer be seen next to Prince William<\/a>\u2019s banner in St George\u2019s Chapel.<\/p>\n

The unceremonious removal of a coat of arms is usually reserved for serious cases of high treason or taking up arms against the Crown.<\/p>\n

In a statement released by\u00a0Buckingham Palace<\/a> just a week ago,\u00a0Andrew\u00a0said the decision was made after a discussion with the King and his immediate and wider family.<\/p>\n

\u2018I have decided, as I always have, to put my duty to my family and country first. I stand by my decision five years ago to stand back from public life,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n

\u2018With His Majesty\u2019s agreement, we feel I must now go a step further. I will therefore no longer use my title or the honours which have been conferred upon me. As I have said previously, I vigorously deny the accusations against me.\u2019<\/p>\n

Titled \u2018Nobody\u2019s Girl,\u2019 the bombshell book contains \u2018intimate and disturbing\u2019 details\u00a0of her time with\u00a0Jeffrey Epstein<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Ghislaine Maxwell<\/a>\u2019, as well as many of their friends \u2013 including Queen Elizabeth\u2019s second son.<\/p>\n

In the book, she called\u00a0Prince Andrew\u00a0\u2018entitled\u2019 and claimed he thought having sex with her was his \u2018birthright\u2019.<\/p>\n

Virginia, who died in April aged 41, made the revelations in \u2018Nobody\u2019s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice\u2019, which she finished writing before her death.<\/p>\n

Within the 400-page book, she also says the Duke of\u00a0York\u00a0said \u2018thank you\u2019 in a \u2018clipped British accent\u2019 after having sex with her.<\/p>\n

Ghislaine Maxwell\u00a0also allegedly praised her after, saying: \u2018You did well, the Prince had fun.\u2019<\/p>\n

Ms\u00a0Giuffre, who died by suicide in April, alleged she was forced to have sex three times with Andrew, which he vehemently denies, including when she was 17 and also during an orgy, after she was trafficked by Epstein.<\/p>\n

He previously spent millions settling a civil sexual assault case with her in 2022, without admitting liability.<\/p>\n
