Could we see a Bad Company reunion at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction in a few weeks? <\/p>\n
According to lead singer Paul Rodgers, yes. Well, maybe.<\/p>\n
\u201cWell, we may well. We\u2019ll see how we go,” he said during a recent interview with Rolling Stone.<\/a> “Well, they want us to, and I may. I haven\u2019t decided what songs to sing at this point in time. But it could be \u201cRock \u2018n\u2019 Roll Fantasy\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n If they do play, it would be the first time the band has performed together since 2019.<\/p>\n Part of the reason for that is that Rodgers, 75, has had 11 minor strokes and two major strokes over the past decade. <\/p>\n His wife, however, told Rolling Stone that he\u2019s been doing very well. <\/p>\n \u201cIt is his brain delay and brain fog that if you don\u2019t know him, you wouldn\u2019t know,\u201d Cynthia Kereluk said.\u00a0\u201cBut he is doing incredibly well.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI feel good. I feel very good. My health is great. I\u2019m off all the drugs, no statin or Ramipril. It\u2019s good to get off that stuff and just eat healthy and do lots of exercise,\u201d Rodgers said.<\/p>\n Rodgers also told the outlet that he\u2019s very happy for Bad Company to be inducted.<\/p>\n \u201cI think it\u2019s nice to have an award, and I think it\u2019s nice for the fans because they\u2019ve been lobbying for Bad Company to be inducted for years,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s really good for them. It\u2019s very satisfying.\u201d<\/p>\n As to whether this would be the final Bad Company performance given Rodgers\u2019 lack of interest in touring he said, \u201cI\u2019ll never say never. I know that\u2019s a James Bond movie. And hell froze over for the Eagles.
