The Real Housewives of Atlanta<\/em><\/a> alum Kim Zolciak<\/a>\u2019<\/strong>s boyfriend Kyle Mowitz<\/a>\u2019<\/strong>s massive alleged monthly income was revealed as part of his bitter divorce battle, Us Weekly<\/em> can exclusively report.<\/p>\n

Us<\/em> obtained court documents filed in Mowitz\u2019s divorce from his estranged wife, Jillian Green<\/strong><\/a>. The filing showed a temporary court order was entered over child support for their two kids, born in 2021.<\/p>\n

Per the paperwork, Mowitz\u2019s income was listed as $130,000 per month.<\/p>\n

Mowitz is the managing partner and CEO at Imperium Blue. Per the company website, Zolciak\u2019s boyfriend \u201cis responsible for Imperium Blue\u2019s overall structuring, acquisition, and financing activities domestically and abroad.\u201d<\/p>\n

The website said, \u201cThe family office currently owns and manages over $4.5 billion in assets through its portfolio companies and its wealth management platform.\u201d<\/p>\n

Green\u2019s monthly income was listed as $1,257. She said she did not work outside the home and has not worked outside the home since they moved to Georgia prior to the children being born.<\/p>\n

The temporary order awarded the exes joint legal and physical custody of the children.<\/p>\n

In a separate court filing, Green accused Mowitz of creating a trust before the divorce. She said he transferred a substantial amount of assets into the trust, which she said has assets worth over $100 million, which she has no control over.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKim Zolciak called out Kyle Mowitz\u2019s estranged wife, Jillian Green, who publicly served her with a subpoena demanding answers on whether the RHOA alum received gifts from him, Us Weekly can exclusively report. On Tuesday, October 14, the Bravo star, 47, filed a motion over Green\u2019s request that she turn over any private messages exchanged [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As Us<\/em> previously reported, Zolciak, 47, was issued a subpoena by Green and her legal team in the divorce. Green, who does not blame the reality star for her marriage ending, demanded Zolciak turn over documents related to any gifts Mowitz or his company purchased for her. She also demanded she turn over any communications with Mowitz and answer questions about any travel the two took together.<\/p>\n

Green had Zolciak served with the legal papers at her son\u2019s high school football game. Zolciak objected to the subpoena and called out Green for publicly serving her. The Don\u2019t Be Tardy<\/em> alum said her legal team was already in contact with Green\u2019s regarding a potential deposition and said there was no need for a public spectacle.<\/p>\n

During a deposition on June 16, Green did not speak fondly about Zolciak. \u201cI have watched her on TV for years and just seen in many articles online that her life is filled with drama, and she\u2019s in a very nasty divorce,\u201d Green said. \u201cI\u2019ve heard from others locally in the community that have gone to the same school that her children recently went to that she\u2019s dramatic and didn\u2019t show up much for her children\u2019s activities.\u201d<\/p>\n

Green also admitted Zolciak\u2019s estranged husband, Kroy Biermann<\/strong><\/a>, reached out to her to warn Zolciak would \u201cfinancially\u201d drain Mowitz. (Zolciak and Biermann, 40, wed in 2011 and split in 2023. The exes share six children: Brielle<\/strong> and Ariana<\/strong>, who Zolciak had in a previous relationship but Biermann adopted, along with KJ<\/strong>, Kash<\/strong> and twins Kaia<\/strong> and Kane<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n
