The queen of chunky jewelry<\/a>, statement coats<\/a>, and pops of red<\/a> always manages to effuse an effortless New Yorker cool<\/a> every time bundling season rolls around, and with her latest street-style look, she turned to a few of her favorite styling tricks, while making a small wink to her home city.<\/p>\n

As she took a break from promoting her new drama film Die, My Love<\/a><\/em>, Lawrence was seen hanging out with her parents in the Big Apple, where she wore another one of her masterfully-layered fits.<\/p>\n

Only a few weeks into fall, the Oscar winner has seemingly decided that large, flowing scarves<\/a> will be her go-to accessory, and for this latest outing, she incorporated one in, what else, but red<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Of course, whenever she\u2019s not incorporating some form of crimson, the Oscar winner is usually throwing in a pop of animal print<\/a>, and here, she introduced spots in a big way, with a mid-length, leopard-print coat<\/a> from La Ligne.<\/p>\n

To pair with the statement jacket, Lawrence sported a set of flowy, black, wide-leg trousers<\/a>, also from La Ligne, while slipping into a set of comfortable black clogs<\/a> from Blundstone.<\/p>\n

Finally, she accessorized with a pair of rectangular Heaven Mayhem sunglasses<\/a>, while popping on a navy blue baseball cap to round things out.<\/p>\n

Over the years, Lawrence has shown off her rich collection of baseball caps, which pay homage to everything from The Twilight Saga<\/em><\/a> to Shania Twain. Here, the actor decided to show a little love to her city, as the cap was embroidered with a pink, smiley-face sun, where one of the eyes was replaced with the letters \u201cNY.\u201d<\/p>\n
