For Teri Hatcher<\/strong><\/a>, it\u2019s all about the motion of the ocean.<\/p>\n

The Desperate Housewives<\/em> star, 60, revealed on the Thursday, October 23, episode of her Desperately Devoted<\/em> podcast<\/a> that she lost her virginity in her parents\u2019 waterbed.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think the first time I was going to have sex [was] as a high school student in my parents\u2019 house in their waterbed,\u201d she revealed, admitting that she was so young, she \u201cdidn\u2019t know what a condom was<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

When it came time for the big moment, she was scrambling as she searched for protection.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was looking in my parents\u2019 drawers to see if there was anything,\u201d she recalled. \u201cStill, to this day, I\u2019ve never told this story to anyone.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cI found this thing that was like a white, almost like a Band-Aid, but thicker than a Band-Aid.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hatcher could not remember what the Band-Aid-like object she found was, but she described it as \u201cthree or four inches long.\u201d<\/p>\n

Regarding her finding, she explained, \u201cI had it in my head that maybe you put it over the tip of the penis to keep [it from coming out]. This is how inexperienced I was going into having sex.\u201d<\/p>\n

Because Hatcher couldn\u2019t figure it out and didn\u2019t really know what she was doing, she decided to move forward without using protection since the man didn\u2019t have a condom on hand either.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just know that I\u2019m lucky I got out alive,\u201d she said. \u201cI\u2019m lucky I\u2019m here today to talk about any of it. If we\u2019re really going to examine my sexual history, it\u2019s just filled with error.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hatcher has been married twice. In June 1988, she wed Marcus Leithold<\/strong>, but they divorced the following year. On May 27, 1994, she married actor Jon Tenney<\/strong>, and they welcomed daughter Emerson in 1997. However, they divorced in March 2003.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
