The bad news: Starting this weekend, and continuing for a week (or more), US 1 will be more difficult to navigate than ever.<\/p>\n
The Connecticut Department of Transportation begins its \u201cfinal paving and milling phase\u201d tomorrow (Sunday).<\/p>\n
Work will start at the Sherwood Island Connector, and continue west through Westport toward Norwalk.<\/p>\n
Expect lane closures, alternating traffic and reduced speeds.<\/p>\n
Manhole covers and catch basin tops will be temporarily raised. Be alert!<\/p>\n
And, DOT says: \u201cBe patient. The collection site is the Senior Center.<\/span><\/p>\n They will NOT\u00a0<\/i>accept syringes, sharps or illicit drugs. Liquid products like cough syrup should remain sealed in original containers. The ad agency \u2014 specializing in theater clients \u2014 has created some of Broadway\u2019s classic (and most successful) campaigns, including \u201cHamilton,\u201d \u201cHadestown\u201d and \u201cRent.\u201d<\/p>\n (You think those shows just sold themselves?!)<\/em><\/p>\n Now Greenwald is co-host of a podcast. \u201cThe Show Must Go on Sale!\u201d launched yesterday.<\/p>\n The cleverly named podcast (these guys are\u00a0good!<\/em>) is the first ever dedicated specifically to Broadway advertising and marketing.
