The Gallery is a privately funded, mixed-use destination that will include entertainment, dining, retail and office space in a designed community.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Work has begun on the\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.clarionledger.com\/story\/business\/2025\/04\/22\/madison-ms-entertainment-center-economy-boost\/83120368007\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Madison development project;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Madison development project<\/a>, located off Galleria Parkway on 17 acres visible from I-55 North.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">A local development group on April 22, announced intentions to build a $60 million arts and entertainment district for\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/news\/mayor-mary-one-americas-longest-093034406.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:Madison;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link  yahoo-link\">Madison<\/a>. It will be a French-inspired, New Orleans-style walkable area lined with local restaurants, boutique retail and upstairs office space.<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cThis approval comes almost a year to the day after we first presented our conceptual vision to city leaders,&#8221; Chad Phillips, senior VP, president of Bellamare Development Services, Bellamare Development, told the Clarion Ledger. &#8220;Bellamare is incredibly proud of the collaboration between our team, city officials, and community partners. The City\u2019s final approval marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in Madison\u2019s growth story.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Phillips said he expects much of the work will be complete by the fall 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cThe Gallery is a testament to what can be achieved when a community\u2019s voice shapes the vision,&#8221; said Sunny Sethi, president and CEO of Bellamare Development Services, Bellamare Development. &#8220;Every aspect of this development \u2014 from its entertainment venues to its dining experiences \u2014 was inspired by the hopes and ideas shared by Madison residents. While there is another Spinners location in Florence, Phillips told the Clarion Ledger the new location is much different and larger in scale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;As always, Madison does it right the first time, and we are excited about this venue coming to our city.
