Now, the singer has dropped her Folded Homage Pack EP of remixes that venerated musicians Brandy, Toni Braxton, JoJo, Tank, and Mario previously teased on social media, with a new addition from Ne-Yo as well. \u201cThis has been the highest honor,\u201d Kehlani wrote in an Instagram caption announcing the EP.<\/p>\n Toni Braxton surprised fans with her snippet<\/a> \u201cFolded\u201d on Oct. 7,\u00a0 her 58th birthday. The clip has earned 2.9 million views on Instagram. \u201cMy birthday gift to you\u2026\u201d she wrote in the caption. Her \u201cFolded\u201d remix is the \u201cHe Wasn\u2019t Man Enough\u201d powerhouse\u2019s first single on streaming since 2020. \u201cDon\u2019t let his body decide\/It\u2019s time to use your mind\/Already folded it for him,\u201d Braxton sang, flipping Kehlani\u2019s original hook, \u201cI\u2019ll let your body decide\/If this is good enough for ya\/Already folding it for you\/Already folding up for you.\u201d<\/p>\n More from Rolling Stone<\/strong><\/p>\n That same day, Tank shared a \u201cFolded\u201d version<\/a> of his own. Meanwhile, Brandy<\/a>, often called the \u201cVocal Bible<\/a>\u201d by other singers, and Jojo<\/a>, who first debuted her stunning voice as a young teen in 2004, posted their remixes in September; Mario was the first to share his remix<\/a> in August.<\/p>\n On the Folded Homage Pack, each artist sings a re-written version of Kehlani\u2019s original. Across the web, singers \u2014 professional, aspiring, and recreational \u2014 have shared their own covers of the popular song as well.<\/p>\n Despite critical acclaim and dedicated listenership, \u201cFolded\u201d marks Kehlani\u2019s first song<\/a> to break the top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100 across her decade-long career. It currently sits at Number One on the R&B\/Hip-Hop streaming songs chart as well.
