Former Bond Girl Britt Ekland<\/strong> is loving life at 83 and looks better than ever.<\/p>\n The Swedish actress, who rose to fame in several films during the ’60s and earned acclaim for her role opposite Roger Moore<\/strong> in the 1974 James Bond film The Man with the Golden Gun<\/em>, had several other highly successful projects throughout the years, like The Wicker Man<\/em> and Get Carter<\/em>. She was also known for several high-profile romances, like her marriage to iconic star Peter Sellers<\/strong>, and later relationships with Rod Stewart<\/strong>, Lou Adler<\/strong>, and Stray Cats drummer Slim Jim Phantom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n But these days, Ekland is happy, healthy, and looking absolutely incredible. Still sporting her iconic blonde hair, the actress was spotted posting sweet selfies alongside her chihuahua\/miniature pinscher, Bowie, who even has his own Instagram page! Ekland told the UK’s Times<\/em><\/a> that the right woman “should be attractive … chosen for her natural beauty. And she should be athletic.”<\/p>\n “I think that\u2019s very important because the role generally involves running, jumping, and a little bit of fighting. It involves moving your body,” Ekland continued.<\/p>\n The actress has strong feelings about the issues because she’s just so proud of the legacy. It’s also a tremendous responsibility to carry.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m the proudest Bond girl there is because there are not a lot of us left, and there won\u2019t be any in the future,\u201d Ekland told The Guardian<\/em><\/a> back in 2020. A grandmother and dog owner, she’s living life to the fullest.
