In case you haven’t heard, Wicked: For Good<\/em> comes out on November 21.<\/p>\n

Even if you aren’t interested in the film, about 100 merchandise collaborations are flooding your favorite retailers and restaurants, so you can’t escape it.<\/p>\n

Glinda and Elfaba and the rest of the Wicked<\/em> gang will clearly be a popular costume this Halloween, and that includes for dogs!<\/p>\n

At this week’s Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade<\/a>, Glinda, complete with her bubble, even made an appearance, and her costume was truly a feat of creativity.<\/p>\n

A dog mother made a pink-and-white box for her King Charles Cavalier Spaniel<\/a>, named Tito, to sit in, put a lovely Glinda crown on her, and then, using what looks like a mesh white net in a circle with pretty pink lights, made Glinda’s famous bubble.<\/p>\n

Add in Glinda’s wand and some bubbles, and you have an amazing costume!<\/p>\n

Ariana Grande would be proud!<\/p>\n

This was the 35th Annual Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade.<\/p>\n

Other notable costumes<\/a>\u00a0included a dog dressed as a Keurig, a \u201cDoggy Parton\u201d costume, pups dressed as the singers from Guns N’ Roses, and a dog dressed as a Peloton bike.<\/p>\n

Of course, this version of Glinda was quite the standout, though.<\/p>\n

When Does ‘Wicked: For Good’ Come Out?<\/h2>\n

Wicked: For Good<\/em> will be released in theaters nationwide on November 21.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0box office total for the first\u00a0<\/a>Wicked<\/a><\/em>film was $738 million worldwide, making it the highest-grossing musical film based on a stage play.<\/p>\n

The film is based on the hit stage musical, which is based on characters from Gregory Maguire’s\u00a0Wicked\u00a0<\/em>novels<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Those novels were reinterpretations of L. Frank Baum’s\u00a0classic Oz\u00a0<\/em>novels, including The Wizard of Oz. <\/em><\/p>\n

While we count down the days until the film, though, at least we have this amazing dog costume.<\/p>\n
