Discovery was considering selling up, prompting multiple offers<\/a> from several big players. We\u2019re lacking the early phase (of IP) and that\u2019s an issue for us,&#8221; <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/307f7a2e-a755-4f6e-badc-9bc119f185df\" target=\"_blank\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/307f7a2e-a755-4f6e-badc-9bc119f185df\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-hl-processed=\"none\">Totoki said last year<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>One of Sony&#8217;s latest (and most successful) original IP is Kpop Demon Hunters \u2013 although the studio didn&#8217;t distribute the movie.
