Emman Atienza, an influencer best known for her lifestyle videos on TikTok, has died at 19 years old. <\/p>\n
The social media star died at her home in Los Angeles Wednesday, Oct. 22, according to TMZ<\/a>. Her cause of death was listed as suicide, the outlet reported citing the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner.<\/p>\n Atienza\u2018s parents, Filipino television host Kuya Kim and fitness guru Felicia, announced their daughter\u2019s death in an Instagram post<\/a> on Thursday, Oct. 23. <\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s with deep sadness that we share the unexpected passing of our daughter and sister, Emman. She brought so much joy, laughter, and love into our lives and into the lives of everyone who knew her,\u201d the family wrote. <\/p>\n \u201cEmman had a way of making people feel seen and heard, and she wasn\u2019t afraid to share her own journey with mental health. Beyond sharing lifestyle content, she used her platform to discuss mental health issues and speak out against conservative values in the Philippines.<\/p>\n The young content creator had recently relocated to Los Angeles and had been documenting her new life with followers.
