Rei Ami, who voiced Zoey in Netflix\u2019s <em>KPop Demon Hunters<\/em>, will host the show designed to find the next One Direction. The format features singers performing identical songs simultaneously in different colored tubes. A proof-of-concept taping is scheduled for October 30th at Eastbrook Studios in London. The test recording will not air on ABC and no series has yet been greenlit. This marks Cowell\u2019s first judging role on an ABC reality series. The network currently airs <em>American Idol<\/em>, returning in early 2026.
