Raye has a lot to be thankful for after the musician\u2019s stolen car, containing her unreleased music, was recently returned to her. <\/p>\n
The \u201cWHERE\u2019S MY HUSBAND\u201d singer revealed<\/a> on The EE Official Big Top 40<\/a> that the car, which was stolen in 2024, was found about three months ago. <\/p>\n \u201cIt was a roller coaster journey, but what I didn\u2019t tell everyone is the police called me maybe two or three months ago, and they were like, \u2018We found your car,\u2019\u201d Raye said<\/a>. \u201cNot only did I get it back, not one thing had been taken out of the car. All my songwriting books were there, untouched.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cSo that\u2019s great,\u201d the three-time Grammy Award nominee<\/a> added. \u201cEverything ended well. Never give up hope.\u201d <\/p>\n The \u201cEscapism\u201d singer shared that her car was stolen on her 27th birthday, which was on Oct. 24 of last year.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s my birthday and my car got stolen with all my song writing books in the boot so no second album any time soon love you bye,\u201d Raye wrote in an Instagram post<\/a> at the time.<\/p>\n The post included a picture of a cake that read, \u201cSorry ur car got stolen.\u201d <\/p>\n This year, Raye shared a more optimistic Instagram post<\/a> for her 28th birthday that was this past weekend.<\/p>\n \u201cTmrw is my 28th Birthday & I\u2019ll be spending it in the studio which is a bit sad isn\u2019t it? or beautiful. a bit of a loner these days but I don\u2019t mind it at all.
