Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs<\/strong><\/a>\u2019 prison release date has been revealed following his sentencing earlier this month.<\/p>\n

According to the Bureau of Prisons website, Diddy, 55, will be released on May 8, 2028. He is currently incarcerated at Brooklyn\u2019s Metropolitan Detention Center but may be moved to a different location to serve out the remainder of his sentence.<\/p>\n

Diddy has been held at MDC since he was arrested in September 2024 on charges of transportation to engage in prostitution, sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. He pleaded not guilty to all charges and denied the allegations against him.<\/p>\n

On July 2, a jury found the disgraced mogul guilty on two counts of transportation but acquitted him of the other charges. Three months later, Judge Arun Subramanian<\/strong> sentenced Diddy to 50 months, or just over four years, in prison. The time he has already served at MDC will count toward his sentence.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAttorneys for Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs plan to appeal his federal conviction and prison sentence. Diddy, 55, was sentenced to just over four years in federal prison on Friday, October 3, after he was convicted of transporting people across state lines for sex. The judge also ordered Diddy, who is subject to five years of supervised release, to pay a $500,000 fine.<\/p>\n

Days before Diddy\u2019s October 3 sentencing, his lawyers asked the judge to give him a 14-month sentence followed by a supervised release with mandatory drug treatment, individual therapy and group therapy.<\/p>\n

The attorneys claimed that Diddy \u201chas been adequately punished by serving 13 months in the terrible conditions\u201d at MDC. The alleged conditions include \u201cconstant suicide watch\u201d \u2014 where the rapper is checked on by security guards every two hours, even while he is asleep \u2014 as well as \u201climited access to clean water\u201d and \u201clack of access to healthy, or edible, food.\u201d<\/p>\n

Diddy, 55, was sentenced to 50 months in prison on Friday, October 3, meaning he\u2019ll stay behind bars for just over four years. Finney, who has reportedly been close to Diddy for years, said he believed the alleged incident inside was intended to scare the producer rather than hurt him.<\/p>\n
