Lily Allen<\/strong><\/a> and David Harbour<\/strong><\/a> are selling their New York City home following the release of her breakup album, West End Girl<\/em>.<\/p>\n The pair listed their 19th-century Brooklyn townhouse for $7,995,000. The four-level abode features five bedrooms and four bathrooms.<\/p>\n Allen, 40, and Harbour, who split in 2024, bought the house in 2021 for $3,350,000. They redesigned the property with the help of designer Billy Cotton<\/strong> and architect Ben Bischoff<\/strong>, transforming the inside of the brownstone to have traditional English charm, modern Brooklyn sensibilities and a rich Italian influence.<\/p>\n The home\u2019s casual living room features a built-in fireplace and direct access to the yard. The home also boasts a fully finished basement with a gym, storage space and laundry room.<\/p>\n The listing comes days after the British singer dropped West End Girl<\/em>. The album made headlines as Allen insinuated via numerous tracks that her partner \u2014 whom fans are presuming is Harbour, 50 \u2014 was unfaithful<\/a> during their marriage. (Harbor has not addressed the claims. The Stranger Things<\/em> actor\u2019s rep did not respond to Us Weekly<\/em>\u2019s request for comment.)<\/p>\n In the titular track, Allen sings about moving to New York City with Harbour at the beginning of their relationship. After getting an offer for a lead role in a West End play, she informed her partner of the news and his \u201cdemeanor started to change.\u201d Allen went home to London \u201call alone\u201d to begin rehearsals.
