\u201cTerrifier<\/a>\u201d actress Catherine Corcoran<\/a> has sued the producers and series director Damien Leone<\/a>, alleging breach of contract and the distribution of sexually explicit materials without consent.<\/p>\n

In a suit filed in California federal court on Sunday, Corcoran\u2019s attorneys presented a case, defined by the \u201call-too-common story of low budget film producers taking advantage of a young actress through fraud, sexual harassment and, ultimately, betrayal.\u201d The lawsuit names production banners Dark Age Cinema<\/a> and Fuzz on the Lens Productions<\/a> as defendants, in addition to producer Phil Falcone<\/a> and Leone<\/a> and the filmmaker\u2019s banner Art the Clown. The filing includes seven claims for relief, including distribution of sexually explicit materials, breach of contract and promissory fraud.<\/p>\n

Leone and producers could not be immediately reached for comment.<\/p>\n
