Finally, Level Three is for “the creators and cultural workers,” and includes questions that address “big-picture conversations for artists, DJs and cultural observers.”<\/p>\n<p>According to Shen, the idea for Offffff The Record\u2014which also encompasses a branded event series and radio show on Community Service Radio\u2014came to him on the way to meet a friend he’d bonded with over a shared taste in music. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wished there was a game that would have us trading songs and stories for hours,” Shen told <i>Resident Advisor<\/i>. I started writing a few questions that day and a year and a half later, they became Offffff The Record.
