In the post, Duff included several shots of her “joyful Scorpio tornado” in her two-piece blue bathing suit, enjoying bounce houses, water balloons, water slides and more.<\/p>\n“The gorgeous Banks Bair turned 7 last Saturday! What a glorious 7 years it\u2019s been!” she began in her caption. “Banks LOVES her friends, her family, her school, loves to dance, read, sing, cartwheel and is all around just a sweet, charming angel of a human\/kid.”<\/p>\n
