I said he was handsome how many times? So, that still stands. But anyway, I just knew. I had to protect my heart, too. So I kind of knew then, I wasn&#8217;t his girl. So I thought, \u2018You know what? He&#8217;s not my guy,\u2019 because I want someone to choose me. Even at 63, you want to be chosen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cI kind of thought, \u2018It&#8217;s going to be better for me to leave this journey,\u2019 so I did,\u201d she continues.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">At the time, Mel said he was \u201cshocked\u201d by her departure but understood that she had \u201cto be true to yourself.\u201d Still, Carol exited with hope that the love of her life is out there, now revealing that she\u2019s looking for someone who is kind, loyal and Christian.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cJust someone that is a great companion,\u201d she shares. \u201cI want a nice companion, and someone that I can live the rest of my days with. That&#8217;s what I&#8217;m looking for.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">She then quips: \u201cOkay, I have to throw this in \u2014 he&#8217;s got to like sports. Because we come from a sports family, I can&#8217;t imagine him coming like, \u2018What&#8217;s that?\u2019 I couldn&#8217;t do that. I&#8217;m like, \u2018Okay, you try it with all these cameras on you!\u2019 It&#8217;s not easy. Now I have a million questions I could ask.
