Most of the facts asserted in Respondent\u2019s RFO were known at that time.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Sia\u2019s estranged husband, Dan Bernad, has been denied sole custody of their 1-year-old son, Sommersault \u201cSummi,\u201d after a contentious legal battle. <span class=\"credit\">siamusic\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>A Los Angeles County judge ruled that the pair would stick with their current custody arrangement, which lists Sia as their son\u2019s primary parent. <span class=\"credit\">Jason Merritt<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Reps for Sia and Bernad did not immediately respond to Page Six\u2019s requests for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Bernad requested sole custody of Summi, telling the court in his Monday filing that he is the \u201conly safe and reliable parent\u201d for their son as he claimed Sia, 49, is a \u201cserious and immediate danger\u201d to the toddler.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSia is an unfit and unreliable parent struggling with substance abuse and addiction, rendering her incapable of providing safe or stable care for Summi,\u201d Bernad, an oncologist, alleged.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am a doctor, young, healthy and have no criminal history or drug or alcohol addiction issues,\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Bernad filed documents requesting sole custody of their toddler on Monday, claiming the singer was an \u201cimmediate danger\u201d to their son.  <span class=\"credit\">JosiahW \/ BACKGRID<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>He accused his estranged wife of deliberately hiding her recent two-week hospitalization after she tested positive for barbiturates and benzodiazepines. <span class=\"credit\">Cobra Team \/ BACKGRID<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Bernad went on to allege that the \u201cChandelier\u201d hitmaker purposefully hid her recent two-week hospitalization in Los Angeles last month after she tested positive for barbiturates and benzodiazepines, with no credible medical explanation.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to his request for sole custody, he also asked that his estranged wife be subjected to random and regular drug testing, and limited to two-hour professionally monitored visits with Summi, three times a week.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100% \" height=\"50\" src=\"https:\/\/embeds.nypost.com\/protected-iframe\/7243f1477b3245f2f0745dd957e58dbc\" scrolling=\"auto\" frameborder=\"0\" class=\"\" allow=\"camera;
