TMZ <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2025\/10\/29\/gloria-estefan-daughter-partner-arrested-domestic-violence\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:was first to report;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">was first to report<\/a> the news.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The affidavit did not name Hernandez\u2019s victim, but said that she and the victim \u201care domestic partners for approximately 8 years and reside together.\u201d On <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.inourownworldpod.com\/the-crew\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:the website;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">the website<\/a> for their podcast <em>In Our Own World<\/em>, Hernandez, 31, and Emily, 30, say that they have been in a \u201cdedicated partnership\u201d since 2016.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">A rep for Estefan had no comment. Once the parties separated from each other, the victim called 911 to report the incident.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The affidavit said that the victim suffered minor injuries, including a bruise on her left eye and scratches on the right side of her neck. During a formal interview, Hernandez denied taking the cellphone, \u201cbut admitted to her involvement in the physical altercation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">She was then arrested, and records indicate she has submitted a $3,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Emily and Hernandez frequently attend red carpet events together, and often post about one another on Instagram. In February, Hernandez and Emily attended a red carpet event for the Con Cora Foundation, and posed with Emily\u2019s mom Gloria, 68, and dad Emilio, 72.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">They launched their podcast together in 2022, and in Emily\u2019s bio, she wrote that she \u201cshares a profound partnership with her loving partner, Gemeny, both in life and business since 2016.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cLove is growing up.
