\u201cThe last two guys I\u2019ve fucked in the past month have suggested using condoms,\u201d Batchelder said on Thursday\u2019s episode of \u201cExtra Dirty,\u201d<\/a> a podcast under the Unwell network run by Alex Cooper of \u201cCall Her Daddy.\u201d \u201cAnd I\u2019m kind of being offended by the condom epidemic. I\u2019m allergic. … Who likes them?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Batchelder continued, saying condoms kill the mood and that she has an IUD, so there\u2019s a low chance she would get pregnant. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n Listeners took to the podcast\u2019s TikTok to call out Batchelder, writing \u201cThis is a huge L take Hallie\u201d and \u201cEveryone doesn\u2019t need a platform.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Condoms protect against sexually transmitted infections, most of which are asymptomatic \u2014 meaning you can\u2019t tell if someone is infected by looking at them, and they might not know themselves if they are infected. More than a million curable STIs are contracted every day, according to the World Health Organization<\/a>. STIs such as herpes, gonorrhoea and syphilis can increase the risk of HIV, and gonorrhoea and chlamydia can lead to pelvic inflammatory disease and infertility. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n HPV is the most common STI in the United States, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention<\/a>. Some HPV strains are low risk and can cause genital warts, while others are high risk and can lead to cervical cancer. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n But Batchelder doubled down in a TikTok posted Saturday<\/a>, calling using a condom a \u201crubber ducky entering\u201d her body.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cI said I don\u2019t fuck with condoms and they ruin the vibe,\u201d Batchelder said. \u201cAnd if that\u2019s what you wanna cancel me for, OK, cancel me and my career. I don\u2019t know what you want me to say. I\u2019m not changing my mind on that one.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n At the end of the TikTok, she said she was going to take a nap, adding, \u201cI\u2019m formally apologizing for saying that, I guess.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Batchelder reps did not immediately respond to a request for comment. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n Fans of Batchelder and others called out the influencer, who has nearly 1 million followers across TikTok and Instagram, including Ireland Baldwin, the daughter of actor Alec Baldwin. Baldwin said in a TikTok<\/a> that her friend\u2019s sister died at 32 years old from cervical and rectal cancer that she got after she contracted the human papillomavirus.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cIt is particularly harmful that someone like [Batchelder] would make these remarks because she is considered an \u2018it\u2019 girl,\u201d Baldwin said. \u201cShe is one of these influencers, unfortunately, that we\u2019ve given a platform and says these rage-baity, bullshitty remarks about things for a clip or whatever-the-fuck.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Another TikToker, Rachel Issan, pointed out that with the overturn of Roe v.
