\u201cDaily Show<\/a>\u201d correspondent Desi Lydic<\/a> on Wednesday called out South Korea for giving President Donald Trump<\/a> a gift she said is \u201cnot helping\u201d the situation here in the United States: a literal golden crown<\/a>. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cWhat a lovely, thoughtful gift for our president,\u201d Lydic deadpanned, then switched cameras for a mock one-on-one with South Korea. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cHey! South Korea!\u201d she called out. \u201cWhat the fuck are you doing?\u201d <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Lydic made a reference to the recent No Kings protests<\/a> that saw millions of Americans take to the streets to protest Trump. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cWe have been trying real hard over here to gently steer our president away from the whole \u2018king\u2019 thing,\u201d she pointed out. \u201cAnd then you come along all, \u2018Hey, President Trump, check out this cool crown. Try it on. Take it home with you.\u2019 Not helping!\u201d <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

She suggested a different type of gift that the president might also appreciate. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cPlease, just give him a sack of money like a normal country and stop fucking up our shit,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
