That apparently greased the skids for the Trump administration to approve CBS parent Paramount\u2019s merger with Skydance Media. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

On Monday, \u201cCBS Evening News\u201d co-anchor John Dickerson announced he was leaving the network<\/a> at the end of the year but did not explain why. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
