A Tumblr user named Cstcrpt shared the photo in a now-deleted post. In the post, the user claimed that Poot was Lovato\u2019s twin sister, who was locked in a basement for much of her life. They added that the edited picture of Lovato was from Poot\u2019s first time in the outside world. One week earlier, fellow user Versaceslut posted a crude doodle of Lovato, based on the heavily edited image.<\/p>\n
