\nconsciously and sustainably in which more and more people are
\nparticipating. And that includes some of our favorite celebrities!

\nthat she was raised as a vegetarian. The singer has explained that
\nher love for animals is too strong to eat them, which is why she
\nswitched to a full vegan diet at only 12 years old. She regularly
\nuses her platform and social media to advocate for animal rights
\nand shine light on animal agriculture. Well done!<\/p>\n

\nLewis Hamilton is breaking F1 records for Mercedes. In private, he
\nis living consciously with a vegan diet. The race driver has been a
\nvegan since 2017, partly to boost his athletic performance and
\npartly to help the environment. He has even opened his own vegan
\nburger chain called Neat Burger in an effort to make the fast food
\nindustry a greener place. But that\u2019s not all \u2013 even his bulldog
\nRoscoe is embracing a vegan diet, which Hamilton claims makes
\nRoscoe act like a puppy again!<\/p>\n

\nloves the two of them more than eating bacon. Apart from sparing
\nthe lives of countless animals, Rainn Wilson has also noted other
\nbenefits of his vegan lifestyle. The actor said that he feels a lot
\nmore energized during the day and sleeps better and deeper during
\nthe night! Sounds like a win-win to us!<\/p>\n

\nthe Joker is regarded as both a challenge and honor for any actor
\nto act. There are certainly high expectations around such a
\nlegendary character, but Joaquin Phoenix lived up to them, earning
\nhim an Oscar for Best Actor in 2019. But it is not only his
\nperformance that made headlines. During his acceptance speech,
\nPhoenix left everyone stunned with his harsh critique on the cruel
\ndairy industry. He urged people to adopt to a vegan lifestyle and
\nspare innocent animals unnecessary harm. He warns that, “We have
\nbecome very disconnected from the natural world.” What a great way
\nto use one\u2019s platform for good!<\/p>\n
