Lita Ford (Rhythm City Casino)<\/p>\n

Ford\u2019s trailblazing career began in 1976 as the lead guitarist of the groundbreaking all-girl punk rock band, The Runaways. Their hard rock\/punk sound led to cult classics like \u201cCherry Bomb\u201d, \u201cWasted\u201d and \u201cQueens of Noise\u201d. The Runaways also covered Slade\u2019s \u201cMama We\u2019re All Crazy Now\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ford reinvented herself after The Runaways broke up in 1979. She launched her solo career with 1983\u2019s \u201cOut for Blood\u201d and her follow-up album, \u201cDancin\u2019 on the Edge\u201d in 1984 earned her a Grammy nomination for Best Female Rock Vocal Performance and produced her hit, \u201cGotta Let Go.\u201d<\/p>\n

She was a household name by 1988 with the release of her multi-platinum, self-titled album, \u201cLITAXX.\u201d The album was produced by Mike Chapman (The Sweet, Tina Turner, Pat Benatar and featured the chart-toppers \u201cKiss Me Deadly\u201d and \u201cClose My Eyes Forever\u201d (a duet with the late Ozzy Osbourne). \u201cClose My Eyes Forever\u201d spent 25 weeks on the Billboard Top 10 and was a first ever Top 10 for Ozzy.<\/p>\n

Ford is set to release a highly anticipated new album in 2026 that promises to deliver her fierce energy and signature guitar work.<\/p>\n
