President Donald Trump is once again ranting about a late-night talk show host.<\/p>\n
Trump slammed the host of \u201cLate Night With Seth Myers\u201d via Truth Social on Saturday, Nov. 1. <\/p>\n
\u201cSeth Meyers of NBC may be the least talented person to \u2018perform\u2019 live in the history of television,\u201d the president wrote. \u201cIn fact, he may be the WORST to perform, live or otherwise. I watched his show the other night for the first time in years. In it he talked endlessly about electric catapults on aircraft carriers which I complain about as not being as good as much less expensive steam catapults.\u201d<\/p>\n
Trump claimed that Myers went \u201con and on\u201d about the topic like \u201ca truly deranged lunatic.\u201d <\/p>\n
\u201cWhy does NBC waste its time and money on a guy like this??? – NO TALENT, NO RATINGS, 100% ANTI TRUMP, WHICH IS PROBABLY ILLEGAL!!!\u201d Trump wrote.<\/p>\n
Myers did, in fact, poke fun at Trump\u2019s recent comments about catapults during the Thursday, Oct. 30, episode of \u201cLate Night.\u201d <\/p>\n
\u201cGuy spends more time thinking about catapults than Wile E. Coyote,\u201d Myers quipped. \u201cNext he\u2019s gonna start complaining about how our troops don\u2019t tie themselves to rockets anymore.\u201d <\/p>\n
Myers then introduced a segment called \u201cSeth translates Trump to English,\u201d joking that Trump disapproves of electric catapults because he thinks \u201celectricity votes for Democrats,\u201d and he \u201clikes seeing the steam clouds\u201d from steam catapults. <\/p>\n

The president celebrated when Jimmy Kimmel\u2019s talk show was temporarily suspended in September following his comments about Trump\u2019s reaction to Charlie Kirk\u2019s death<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cCongratulations to ABC for finally having the courage to do what had to be done. Kimmel has ZERO talent, and worse ratings than even [Stephen] Colbert, if that\u2019s possible,\u201d Trump wrote via Truth Social at the time. \u201cThat leaves Jimmy [Fallon] and Seth, two total losers, on Fake News NBC. Their ratings are also horrible. Do it NBC!!! President DJT.\u201d<\/p>\n Kimmel returned to the air after six days, but Colbert\u2019s \u201cLate Show\u201d will come to an end<\/a> in 2026. CBS has called the decision to cancel the program \u201cpurely financial,\u201d but the timing raised eyebrows.
