Triple H<\/a> has revealed one of the favorite parts of his job as Chief Content Officer of WWE<\/a>.<\/p>\n Triple H has been the Chief Content Officer of WWE since September 2022, and speaking on the All-In Podcast<\/a><\/em>, he was asked about any creative friction between him and the WWE Superstars.<\/p>\n The Game responded that creative discussions with the talent never lead to friction, and they only create a partnership. He also revealed that those discussions are a favorite part of his job.<\/p>\n \u201cOne of the favorite parts of my job is to sit down in a room with talent and say, \u2018Where do we wanna go? Where do we wanna go with you? How do we wanna get there?\u2019 It\u2019s not the conversation of, \u2018Well, I wanna be the champion,\u2019 Okay, everybody does. \u2018What is your story and how do we tell it? And who here of these other talent can have a story that goes against your arc, to combine with their arc to tell a great story, right?\u2019<\/p>\n Speaking further, Triple H<\/a> explained that in this internet era, WWE cannot do storylines like Ivan Koloff portraying a Russian character while actually being Canadian, and that they now have to blend real-life into the characters.<\/p>\n \u201cOnce we start to riff those things, today\u2019s world is different,\u201d Triple H continued, \u201cYou go back, you know, 40-50 years, Ivan Koloff was a Canadian guy that played a Russian because we were in the middle of a cold war, and it was the easy thing to do.<\/p>\n \u201cBut you couldn\u2019t do that character now because the internet would go like, \u2018He\u2019s from Canada, right? It doesn\u2019t work; they know the truth.
