Jennifer Lawrence said that she didn’t want her cellulite edited out of her new film Die My Love<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n The actress explained that she’s “not sensitive” about nudity<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Lawrence previously told PEOPLE that she drew on her own experience to portray Grace, a new mother facing postpartum psychosis<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Jennifer Lawrence<\/a> has no fear when it comes to nude scenes.<\/p>\n At a special screening of her new movie Die My Love<\/em>, the 35-year-old actress explained why she was comfortable being vulnerable in the role.<\/p>\n “I don’t care about nudity. I’m not sensitive about it,” she explained to the crowd in a video captured by Vulture<\/a>. “I wanted [director] Lynne [Ramsay] to have total freedom artistically.”<\/p>\n Lawrence continued, “I think being pregnant took a lot of, like, vanity anxiety away. Before No Hard Feelings<\/em>, I was dieting and not eating carbs and working out.”<\/p>\n Things were different when filming Die My Love<\/em>, she explained, as she was pregnant with her second child. “What was I gonna do? Like, not eat? I was working 15 hours a day. I was just tired,” the Oscar winner said.<\/p>\n “I remember them sending over a close-up of, like, cellulite being like, ‘Do you want us to touch this up?'” she recalled. “And I was like, “No. That’s an ass.'”<\/p>\n Lawrence also said that it “felt really freeing” to not worry so much about her appearance while shooting the thriller, in which she plays Grace, a new mother slipping into postpartum psychosis.<\/p>\n
