Keeping up a love life has been challenging for Kim Kardashian<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The “Kardashians” star admitted that dating after her divorce from ex-husband Kanye West<\/a> has had turbulent moments, particularly when the rapper appeared to take aim at Pete Davidson<\/a> while she was dating the “Saturday Night Live star.”<\/p>\n

In fact, Kardashian cited a particularly troubling experience during her appearance on “Call Her Daddy”<\/a> after host Alex Cooper inquired about \u201cthe Pete music video,\u201d seemingly referring to West\u2019s 2022 music video for \u201cEazy<\/a>.\u201d In the clip, the rapper was depicted kidnapping a claymation version of Davidson before burying him alive and growing roses out of his head.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat made me feel really sad,\u201d Kardashian, 44, said during her appearance on the Oct. 15 episode of the podcast. \u201cThat really wasn’t fair for him. And I felt so sad and sorry for him.\u201d<\/p>\n

While the dig upset the SKIMS founder, she shared that Davidson \u2014 whom she dated for nine months<\/a> from 2021 to 2022 \u2014 appeared unfazed by the matter.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was such a great man that was like, \u2018I got this, don’t worry, it’s all good \u2019\u2014 or at least acted that way,\u201d she recalled. \u201cIt must suck to be put in that position.\u201d<\/p>\n

And Kardashian \u2014 who shares kids North, 12, Psalm, 9, Chicago, 7, and Saint, 6, with West \u2014 noted that the rapper\u2019s presence in her life was a factor with other romantic interests as well.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere [have] been situations where I’ll get close to someone, then it’s like, \u2018Wait, wait, wait, wait, I don’t really want to deal with your ex,\u2019\u201d Kardashian revealed. \u201cIt has been a little frustrating but\u2026 my person wouldn’t care about that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Kardashian also shared insight into her coparenting relationship<\/a> with the Grammy winner, noting that it\u2019s been \u201ca couple months\u201d since their kids heard from their dad.<\/p>\n

\u201cI raise the kids full time,\u201d she shared. \u201cThey live with me and I welcome a great healthy relationship with my kids and their dad. He knows that. I push for it all the time, but I also protect them when it\u2019s time for that and it goes in waves and phases. It\u2019s a lot of work.\u201d<\/p>\n
