Rapper<\/a> Young Bleed has died following complications from a brain aneurysm. He was 51.<\/p>\n According to TMZ<\/a>, the rapper\u2019s son, Ty\u2019Gee Ramon, shared the \u201cunreal\u201d news that his father \u201cgained his wings\u201d on Saturday in a video shared on Instagram<\/a> Monday. He explained that his father, whose real name is Glenn Clifton Jr., never experienced \u201creal health issues\u201d but confirmed he took medicine for high blood pressure.<\/p>\n \u201cMy dad was 51 years old when this happened to him,\u201d Ramon said. \u201cMy dad was never in and out of the hospital. \u2026 This something you can\u2019t prepare for.\u201d<\/p>\n Clifton Jr. was rushed to the hospital after he performed at the Cash Money Verzuz No Limit event at ComplexCon in Las Vegas, which Ty\u2019Gee mentioned in his video was the beginning of his quick decline. At the time of his hospitalization, Tameka Long, who shares a 10-year-old son with the late rapper, told TMZ<\/a> that Clifton Jr. had been struggling with both high blood pressure and a heart condition for a while.
