attorney Bryan Freedman tells Page Six that Baldoni and his Wayfarer Studios team intentionally opted not to file an amended complaint.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo deadlines were missed,\u201d Freedman stresses. \u201cOur clients chose not to amend their complaint to preserve appeal rights.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At this time, it\u2019s unclear whether Baldoni and\/or Wayfarer Studios actually plan to file judgement stating that Baldoni and his co-plaintiffs had declined to file an amended complaint in their <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/01\/16\/celebrity-news\/justin-baldoni-drags-taylor-swift-into-it-ends-with-us-legal-battle-as-he-sues-blake-lively-ryan-reynolds-for-400m\/\">$400 million defamation and extortion countersuit<\/a> against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>\u201cNo and director<\/a>\u00a0of sexual harassment and retaliation in December 2024, going on to\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" Parties have not alleged that Reynolds, Sloane or the\u00a0Times\u00a0would have seriously doubted these statements were true based on the information available to them, as is required for them to be
