Samantha Starr<\/a>, a veteran literary manager based in Los Angeles, joins after an extended stay at Circle Management + Production. <\/p>\n \n\tAs a duo, Ramirez and Feinstein co-represent a roster including Kevin Kane (Law & Order: SVU<\/em>, Life & Beth<\/em>), Francis Benhamou (Prayer for the French Republic<\/em>, Black Rabbit<\/em>), Olli Haaskivi (Oppenheimer<\/em>, The Big Cigar<\/em>), Alfie Fuller (Deli Boys<\/em>, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel<\/em>), and Noah J.
