The delightful diva is getting the star treatment, and she\u2019s got a team of Hollywood heavy hitters making it happen.<\/p>\n In an article shared by Daily Variety<\/a> on November 5, the entertainment journal reported that a Miss Piggy movie is in development, with superstars Emma Stone<\/a><\/strong> and Jennifer Lawrence<\/a><\/strong>signed on to produce. Cole Escola<\/strong>, the Tony winner behind the Broadway hit Oh, Mary!, is set to write the screenplay.<\/p>\n During an appearance on the Las Culturistas podcast<\/a>, hosted by SNL\u2019s Bowen Yang<\/a><\/strong> and funnyman Matt Rogers<\/strong>, Lawrence spilled the tea on the upcoming project.
