Singer-songwriter Cat Burns<\/a> has cast doubt on her own ability to lie, despite going undetected \u2013 so far \u2013 throughout the first series of The Celebrity Traitors<\/a>.<\/p>\n The star has captivated a new legion of fans with her composed demeanour and strategic, often ruthless, gameplay on the BBC hit show\u2019s celebrity spin-off.<\/p>\n Burns was chosen as a traitor alongside comedian Alan Carr and broadcaster Jonathan Ross.<\/p>\n However, she has managed to expertly avoid suspicion until the very final stages of the competition.<\/p>\n She made an appearance on BBC Radio 2\u2019s Breakfast Show ahead of Thursday night\u2019s final.<\/p>\n Presenter Scott Mills questioned whether the experience had, in fact, proven her to be an \u201cexcellent liar\u201d.<\/p>\n The singer has made it to the final of the treacherous game show (BBC)<\/p>\n She replied: \u201cI don\u2019t think I am though. I don\u2019t think I am that great of a liar.<\/p>\n \u201cMy mum watches me and she is like, \u2018I can just tell that you are lying.\u2019 But that\u2019s the fun of the game, isn\u2019t it?\u201d<\/p>\n She continued: \u201cI watch and I usually watch through one eye covered with the volume really low.\u201d<\/p>\n Asked if she is glad she took part, she said: \u201cI am glad. I am really glad I did it. It\u2019s such a crazy experience.\u201d<\/p>\n She added: \u201cI think it\u2019s crazy that we are just a bunch of adults that want to go play a murder mystery game. It\u2019s just so fun.\u201d<\/p>\n Burns also discussed a viral moment<\/a> in which she claimed she did not know who Dame Judi Dench and Dame Helen Mirren are.<\/p>\n She said: \u201cI\u2019m never going to live that down.<\/p>\n \u201cI just needed to see a picture.
