Mel C<\/a>\u00a0flaunted her incredibly toned physique as she shared behind-the-scenes footage of her latest music video for new single Sweat on Friday.<\/p>\n

The Spice Girls<\/a>\u00a0star, 51, set pulses racing as she slipped into skimpy workout gear for the shoot which saw her jump on an exercise bike.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Mel looked incredible in a tiny red crop top that showed off her eye-popping abs and was layered over a black bra and teamed with black trousers<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She later modelled an equally revealing cut-out black gown for the video which saw the stunner, as the song’s title suggests, build up a sweat.<\/p>\n

Mel appeared in great spirits during filming and gushed over her skimpy outfits saying they were the ‘most exciting’ of her career.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Mother-of-one Mel released her latest track on Friday and used the video as an opportunity to proudly display her age-defying physique.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Spice Girls star set pulses racing as she slipped into skimpy workout gear for the shoot as she built up a sweat on an exercise bike<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The songstress will release her ninth studio album, Sweat, on May 1, 2026 via Virgin Music Group.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She\u00a0will also host a special show at O2 Academy Brixton on October 23, 2026.<\/p>\n

Sweat is an electro-house track that samples Diana Ross’s Work That Body while Mel powers through a vintage workout-style strength routine.<\/p>\n

The Spice Girls, also made up of Victoria Beckham, Gerri Halliwell-Horner and Melanie Brown and Emma Bunton, was first formed in 1994 before splitting in 2000.<\/a><\/p>\n

Last month,\u00a0Victoria, 51, revealed in her Netflix documentary how Mel B, 50, had hurt her feelings when she told her, ‘don’t forget where you’ve come from’.<\/p>\n

The Daily Mail previously revealed Geri, 53, pulled the plug on plans for a new tour after ‘losing patience’ with ‘little digs’ from Mel B and reportedly can’t ‘bear to share the stage with her bandmate’.<\/p>\n

And, after Geri quit the band in 1998 during their world tour, Mel C branded her ‘untalented’ in an interview.<\/p>\n

She made the remark during an appearance on the TV show CD: UK in 2003, after presenter Cat Deely asked her about Geri critiquing other pop acts.<\/p>\n

It comes after\u00a0Victoria<\/a>\u00a0couldn’t hide her pride as she gushed over her husband David after he received a knighthood from King Charles<\/a> on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

The fashion designer said she had ‘never felt prouder’ of her husband, 50, and shared a snap of Sir David getting knighted at Windsor Castle<\/a> for his services to sport and charity.<\/p>\n

Sharing several sweet snaps of the couple, she gushed: ‘David, from the moment I met you 28 years ago, you\u2019ve always been so proud to represent your country.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘Whether on or off the pitch, no one loves England or respects our Royal Family<\/a> more, so to see you honoured by The King today is something I\u2019ll forever cherish.<\/p>\n

‘You\u2019ve achieved so much, and yet you\u2019re still the same kind, humble, hardworking man I met nearly 30 years ago, as well as the most amazing husband and father.<\/p>\n
