Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a> and Sabrina Carpenter<\/strong> <\/a>are solidifying their friendship status with a girls night out.<\/p>\n

The Life of a Showgirl<\/em> pop star, 35, and the \u201cNonsense\u201d singer, 26, were spotted grabbing dinner together in New York City on Friday, November 7.<\/p>\n

Swift towered over Carpenter in red Gucci women\u2019s horsebit platform slingback pumps while the pair were en route to SoHo restaurant The Corner Store.<\/p>\n

The \u201cFate of Ophelia\u201d singer teamed the heels with a Thom Browne RWB stripe-detail polo shirt and a matching Thom Browne asymmetric wool miniskirt.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tTaylor Swift and Sabrina Carpenter\u2019s friendship has come a long way over the years. Before the pair became the besties they are today, Carpenter was a longtime fan of Swift. Prior to dropping tracks like \u201cNonsense\u201d and \u201cEspresso,\u201d Carpenter posted covers of Swift\u2019s songs on her YouTube page, including \u201cPicture to Burn\u201d and \u201cWhite Horse.\u201d [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

For her part, Carpenter kept warm in a camel trenchcoat and opted for a black handbag and matching black heels to complete her look.<\/p>\n

Earlier that day, the 2026 Grammy nominations<\/a> were announced, with Carpenter getting the nod for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year, Best Music Video, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best Pop Solo Performance. (Swift was ineligible<\/a> for nominations due to The Life of a Showgir<\/em>l dropping outside the eligible period for next year\u2019s Grammys.)<\/p>\n

Swift has had a busy social week. As well as grabbing dinner on Friday with Carpenter, Swift was spotted on multiple date nights<\/a> in the city with her fiance Travis Kelce.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Swift\u2019s outing with Carpenter isn\u2019t the first time Swift has been spotted with A-lister friends at The Corner Store.<\/p>\n

In October 2024, Swift was snapped on a double date<\/a> with Kelce and celebrity couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively.<\/p>\n

According to its website, the venue has a \u201csmart elegant\u201d dress code. The American restaurant\u2019s menu offers upscale dishes such as lobster and caviar rolls, filet mignon, steak frites and oysters du jour.<\/p>\n

Swift and Carpenter have been frequent collaborators musically over the past few years, with the Girl Meets World<\/em> alum even appearing on the title track of Swift\u2019s recently released 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl.<\/em><\/p>\n

The \u201cEspresso\u201d singer also appeared on stage during several legs, including Australia and South America, of Swift\u2019s mammoth Eras tour, which ran from March 2023 to December 2024.<\/p>\n

In August 2024, Carpenter gushed about her close connection to Swift during an interview with Variety<\/em> and shared just how impressed she is by Swift\u2019s work ethic.<\/p>\n
